Therefore, we kindly advise against refrigerating your cake after cutting, unless it features whipped cream, fresh fruit, cream cheese icing, or egg-based fillings like pastry cream, custard, or lemon curd. In such cases, refrigeration is recommended only if you plan to store the cake overnight.

If you happen to pick up your dessert a few days prior to serving, we recommend refrigerating it until the morning of the serving date to maintain its freshness.
